All payments made to Us are non-refundable. By making a payment to Us, you acknowledge and agree that you are releasing the funds to Us with no expectation of a refund. We reserve the right to hold or use these funds as We deem appropriate. Once the funds are released to Us, they become Our legal property.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • Weimar, Germany

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction listed above that is most relevant to the service you are using or the location from which you are accessing the Service.
